Guest Room Attendant - This position involves cleaning the hotel rooms with duties such as making beds, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning of bathrooms.

Facility Cleaner - Facility Cleaners maintain the cleanliness of both front and back of house areas with duties such as sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning toilets, cleaning offices, dusting and vacuuming.

Food and Beverage Attendant - Both Conrad Jupiters and Conrad Treasury have a variety of restaurants and bars. The restaurants range in style from buffet and a la carte through to fine dining, and the bars from a pub style environment to up-market cocktail bars.

A Food and Beverage Attendant may be required to work in any outlet as a food server, food runner, servery attendant, bar attendant, beverage server, host or cashier. Previous food and beverage service experience would be advantageous.

Bar Porter (Conrad Jupiters only) - Bar Porters maintain the cleanliness of bar areas, collect glasses from the floor, maintain the supply of clean glassware, utensils and ice, and restock bar fridges.

Utility Worker (called Steward in Conrad Treasury) - Utility Workers/Stewards maintain the cleanliness of our kitchen facilities. Duties include washing dishes, cleaning pots and pans, cleaning stoves and ovens, and cleaning floors.

Trainee Dealer - Conrad Jupiters and Conrad Treasury provide four to six weeks of full time, unpaid training for trainee dealers. The training courses are approved by the Queensland Office of Gaming Regulation. Good mental arithmetic and manual dexterity is required.

Casino Finance - Various positions within our Gaming Finance departments involve high volume cash handling, sorting, counting, verifying and reconciling currency. Previous high volume cash handling experience (with exposure in either a financial institution or the hospitality industry) would be advantageous.

Specialist Positions - Specialist positions are advertised in relevant local and interstate newspapers.
